ThinkPad X200 Tablet Went Out of 10 Percent over the Previous Generation Tablet PC's Weight

New Lenovo's ThinkPad X200 Tablet PC comes with Intel Centrino 2 technology and a 12.1-inch display with touch screen and pen input support. Lenovo insists that this one ThinkPad X200 Tablet went out of 10 percent over the previous generation Tablet PC's weight. Moreover the device provides their models with nearly 50 percent longer battery life.

As for the company's press release, they reassure that though despite relatively lightweight, in 3.5 pounds models, the ThinkPad X200 Tablet PC gives users the best of notebook performance with the convenience of notetaking, similar to pen and paper functionality, in a digital form. PC manufacturer has taken into consideration the matters as healthcare, real estate, education and sales and designed their first widescreen Tablet PC the way it was able to guarantee the longest run within 10 hours of battery life. Lenovo's ultraportable desktop is rigged with the latest low output version of the small form factor Intel Centrino 2 with vPro technology, select models also offer up to 128 GB solid state drive storage, LED backlit displays, GPS and ultra wideband functionality as well as mobile broadband.

The list of the component parts can be enlarged by touch sensitivity that recognizes a lighter pen or finger touch, dual swivel screen, web camera and dual-array microphones, and a full size keyboard.

Starting at $1,814 the Lenovo ThinkPad X200 Tablet supports Windows Vista OS.
