The Sony VAIO FW Can Easily Be Recommended to Any Movie Buff

Sony's VAIO FW series are all really nice-looking laptops -This laptop has a 16.4" LCD in the 16:10 widescreen format and is clearly built for entertainment, and more specifically watching movies.

FW-270j features with a Blu-Ray player, 4GB of DDR2 RAM and lots of ugly stickers a reasonably fast 2.26GHz Core 2 Duo (P8400) CPU, integrated Intel graphics. The fact that Sony decided to paste a "Full HD 1080p" on it is more than a little sophisticated, as the screen resolution is 1600*900. The keyboard and trackpad agglutination has all the qualities of a VAIO. It also has a set of mixed media ivories, which also provide some added functional area with Sony's licencing media software.

The FW series is trully available with a installde GPU from ATI. The Vista Experience Index scores were all high except for the graphics that pulled the score down to a mere 3.8 (the maximum in Vista is 5.9 for some reason known only to Microsoft). Coming Futuremark's PCMark Vantage produce us a score of 3235.

In general use the battery continued more than 3 hours, and we could watch an whole 101 minute Blu-Ray movie on one charge. The Sony VAIO FW can easily be advised to any movie buff, as it's both great searching and quite reasonably priced. If you want any form of gaming capability, however, we would recommend picking one of the FWs with dedicated graphics.
