HP Pavilion dv2 Based on AMD's New Platform

An ultraportable HP Pavilion dv2notebook based on AMD's new platform called Yukon was announced by Hewlett-Packard. Accoding to the manufacturer measuring under 1-inch thick and weighing at 3.95 pounds, the Pavilion dv2 (model dv2-1030us) features ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3410 512MB discrete graphics, a 12.1-inch 1280x800 LED backlight display, the Neo MV40 CPU at 1.6GHz, up to 320GB of hard drive space, 4GB of DDR2 memory, and a 6-cell battery, but has no built-in optical drive.

Among other parts there is built-in web camera, VGA outputs, a 5-in-1 media card reader, a 92% of full-size keyboard, Ethernet LAN, 802.11n wireless, HDMI and three USB ports. It supports Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit OS and has the HP Espresso Imprint Finish. HP website is ready to deliver you the device for $749.99.
